Architecture-Adjacent Projects
These objects explore architectural malfunction and the process of form-making, and question reliance on rigid systems of understanding. When we recognize a system or a structure as being flawed, cracked, even gaping, or when we feel something we thought we knew evaporating, can we also see that there never was a wholeness to work toward, a real, solid never-changing ground below us? By pointing to the artificiality of our systems of communication, we can find power in how we represent and what are systems do for us.
